1. The service

Amable provides an AI-powered guest assistant platform for short-term rental hosts and property managers. You add information about your properties; guests access an assistant and digital guidebook via QR code or link that answers their questions from that information. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the property information you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure. You confirm you have the right to share the content you add to the platform, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Amable to distribute unlawful, misleading, or harmful content; to attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service or other users' data; or to use the platform for any purpose other than guest communication for properties you manage. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-generated answers

Assistant responses are generated automatically from the information you provide. While we work to keep answers grounded in your content, we do not guarantee their accuracy and accept no liability for decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated answers. You are responsible for reviewing the information your guests rely on, particularly anything safety-related.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
